This character design project explores my approach to visual development through a series of iterations and refinements. Starting from rough concepts, I gradually shaped the character’s identity by experimenting with form, color, and stylistic details. The process highlights both creative exploration and problem-solving, with a clear before-and-after comparison that showcases the evolution of the design. This breakdown reflects my ability to iterate, adapt, and push a concept toward a more cohesive and expressive final result.

Our Process

Our Process

The creation of the 3D scene followed a standard production pipeline: I began by sculpting the main character, then performed a retopology pass to obtain clean, animation-ready topology before moving on to UVs and texturing. Once the character was rigged, I modeled the environment, including buildings and props, ensuring consistency in scale and style. After setting up the camera, lighting, and overall composition, I rendered the scene and completed the project with a final round of post-production to refine colors, depth, and atmosphere.
